Why the Pollock Compact
The smallest footprint
A Compact takes less floor than a closet. It fits beside a staircase, in a hall, or in the corner of a bedroom above a living room.
Same cab, smaller
Glass panels, LED lighting, the fold-down seat, the floor cover that rises with the cab. Nothing is left out except width.
One rider
Standing, or seated on the fold-down seat. For a walker or two people, step up to the Medium.
Light construction
A framed opening, a wall to carry the rails, and a kitchen-sized circuit. Then two to three days of installation.

Straight answers
Questions we hear every week
Who is the Compact for?
One person who rides alone and can step into the cab, standing or using the fold-down seat. If a walker needs to come along, or two people ride together, the Medium is the right size. For a wheelchair, the Wheelchair cab.
How big is the floor opening?
Larger than the cab, to allow for the rails and the floor cover. The floor opening drawing gives the framed dimensions for your carpenter.
Does it still get the seat?
Yes. The fold-down seat is an option on every size.
What does the Compact cost?
It is the least expensive Pollock and the least expensive real elevator we install. Cabin height, door side, floor finish, and site work move the number, so we quote after a visit. Financing is available.
Is the Pollock Compact the right size for your home?
Call and tell us who will ride it and where it would go. We will come measure, check the floor and the wall, and leave a written price. The drawings in the documents section of this page are ready to hand to your builder.
