Online Booking Terms & Conditions


By booking an appointment through our online scheduling system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Appointment Confirmation

    • All scheduled appointments must be confirmed by phone before the scheduled date.

    • If we are unable to reach you for confirmation at least one business day before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule at a later time that aligns with our availability.

  2. Service Area & Scheduling

    • Our service availability is based on location and scheduling efficiency. If your location is outside our normal service routes for the selected date, we may contact you to adjust the appointment.

  3. Travel & Timing Adjustments

    • Appointment times are approximate and subject to change based on travel conditions, previous job durations, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

  4. Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

    • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) or missed appointments may be subject to an $80 rebooking fee depending on the travel distance and severity of loss of resources, which must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

  5. Customer Responsibilities

    • The homeowner or a decision-making representative must be present at the scheduled time of service.

    • Staircases and access areas should be clear of obstructions before our arrival.

  6. Pricing & Estimates

    • Online bookings are for consultations and stairlift service only. Any quotes provided during your appointment are estimates and subject to change upon final assessment.

  7. Right to Refuse Service

    • We reserve the right to decline service if conditions on-site prevent safe and proper installation, or if incorrect information was provided during booking.
